Avec force raison car plus personne ne remettrait en question aujourd\u2019hui les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.analystik.ca\/blogue\/perception-performance-developpement-logiciel-gestion\/\">M\u00e9thode Agile<\/a>; il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une \u00e9vidence qui fait l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 dans tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En effet, le lien direct entre Agilit\u00e9 et profitabilit\u00e9 fait en sorte que tous les gestionnaires veulent aujourd\u2019hui en appliquer les principes \u00e0 leur organisation mais il y a parfois loin de la coupe aux l\u00e8vres !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainsi, contrairement, \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on pourrait croire, n\u2019est pas Agile qui veut !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.analystik.ca\/blogue\/pourquoi-integrer-agilite-en-entreprise\/\">Ce ne sont pas toutes les organisations qui sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 l\u2019Agilit\u00e9 en entreprise<\/a> consid\u00e9rant que cela implique de conf\u00e9rer plus d\u2019autonomie aux unit\u00e9s d\u2019affaires et aux \u00e9quipes de travail, \u00e9quipes de travail inter-fonctionnelles, cela va sans dire. Cela \u00e9tant dit, ce ne sont donc pas n\u00e9cessairement tous les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise qui vont accueillir l\u2019Agilit\u00e9 \u00e0 bras ouverts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainsi, plus que des processus, la m\u00e9thode Agile appelle \u00e0 une philosophie de travail qui englobe le personnel et la structure de l\u2019organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Agilit\u00e9 en Entreprise appelle \u00e0 une transformation en profondeur de l\u2019organisation. Cette transformation exhaustive touchera toutes les facettes de l\u2019Organisation y incluant le Personnel, la Structure organisationnelle, la Strat\u00e9gie et la Technologie.
